Directv

We've had 4 installers out here to install our Directv from Florida to Texas. Not very hard.. Our only rule was to put it on a pole in the backyard. They came out and mounted it to the house...argh!

So, we are cancelling and going with Time Warner for all of it. Believe it or not, we will end up with more channels and still save money, even with the high speed internet being combined on the bill. It is terrible to see the issues that happened and it was a really simple request that went out of control quickly.
