We are moving into a new house next month and saying good bye to the apartment life.

While we weren't in a position to buy yet, this new house will be a great step in the right direction. We'll get to see all the issues with having a house and maintaining it as the owners are in California and we are expected to maintain it while they are renting it to us.

The house is brand new, literally, and is in the Asbel Creek subdivision that is currently under construction right now. There are only like 5 houses on the entire street that are completed, the rest are on the way and only like 3 of them have someone living there...

It is situated just 1 1/2 miles south of Hwy 52 in Land O Lakes. Just barely Land O Lakes by about 1/2 mile, otherwise we would be in Gower's Corner.

There are a lot of houses and subdivisions going up and it will take some getting used to as we'll have to drive to get to anywhere populated for stores, restaurants and gas. I'm sure that will all change in the next year or two with the growth up here.

Hi everyone!!

Baby update.... We had her 9 month checkup for the baby with the doctor the other day!

Great news! She is 100% on height and weight for babies born of her size/weight. She is growing along quite well.

She now weighs in at 23.8 lbs and she is 31 inches long!

Talk about a growing baby girl! :)
